Even though Dr Dan's older daughter Yael doesn't believe in the tooth fairy this was her recent reaction when she checked under her pillow. Little did she know, her younger sister Limona placed the fake play bills!
Yael also recently turned eleven and to mark her birthday she was allowed to sit in the front passenger seat for the first time.
This April has been very exciting and busy for Antonella. Isabella and Andrew had their first dance competition for the season and she is so proud of their accomplishments. Adriano has been busy preparing for his next Taekwondo belt and completed his indoor soccer season. Gabriella being the youngest sibling has been enjoying tagging along to all these events. Easter was filled with lots of eating and chocolates. Isabella and Gabriella had lots of fun wearing the bunny ears.
Nicole and Celia both had a wonderful Easter which they spent with their family and friends. They are both excited that the warm weather is finally seeming to stick around and are happy that they will soon be able to get their kids outside to play.
Diana had the opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. She had dinner with her two sisters celebrating their birthdays and visited John Horne, head chef at Canoe, who is a patient of our practice. Her meal and visit with John were memorable.

Bring Your Children in for a Checkup!

When you visit Haas Dental, we want to make sure you and your children feel at home. Our family dentists strive to make a kid's first dental visit fun and painless so they don't develop a fear of the dentist chair and are motivated to keep their smile in tip top shape.
At our office we offer entertainment for kids to help reduce their dental anxiety. Our TVs in the rooms are set to children's programs and we also have a pond where kids can feed the koi fish. The koi fish in the pond always enjoy seeing the kids because it means they get extra full! After an appointment all kids are able to choose a prize from our treasure box.
To help those with dental anxiety we use nitrous oxide sedation (laughing gas) to ensure overall patient comfort and satisfaction.
In many cases we perform treatments without the use of anesthetics. Instead, we use our Erbium Dental Laser for a quick and relatively painless experience and/or nitrous oxide sedation
